Service FAQs

Q. How much does digital signage cost?

a) Our pricing is structured to suit businesses of all shapes and sizes, so whatever your budget or needs, we’ve got you covered. Our plans start from just £9 per month for a 3-year subscription (OMNI package), going up to £11 per month for our OMNI+ package, and £15 per month for OMNIPro — our most popular package.

For more information, check out our pricing guide.

We also offer 1-year and 5-year licenses to suit your business’ needs. For more information on our pricing, contact our sales team today.

Q. What do I pay for?

a) You will need one license per screen. Please note that if you opt for OMNIPro, all your licenses must also be OMNIPro. Depending on your license, you will be invoiced in advance of the agreed period.

The price you pay for DatabeatOMNI will also vary depending on how many channels and users you need, as well as how much storage you require, and how quickly you want your screens to update.

Support FAQs

Q. How do I install OMNIplay3?

a) OMNIplay3 is an external Android-based media player designed for use with DatabeatOMNI if you are using an existing screen (instead of a professional screen).

You can find step-by-step instructions on how to install and configure OMNIplay3 in our Help Centre here.

Q. Which hardware does DatabeatOMNI support?

a) We support both Android and Windows. When it comes to displays, we recommend using Samsung professional displays with DatabeatOMNI. However, we also support LG, Philips, and Sharp displays.

Q. What type of monitor/screen do I need?

a) All Samsung Smart Signage Platform (SSP) professional displays (version 2 or later) are compatible with DatabeatOMNI — so if your screen has SSP2, SSP3, SSP4, SSP5, or SSP6, you can install OMNIplay.

We also support the big manufacturers when it comes to screens, including LG, Philips, and Sharp.

Q. Can I run DatabeatOMNI on my existing screen?

a) Yes you can, with an OMNIplay3 which is a digital signage media player. Please note that using an existing screen may reduce uptime.

On the other hand, a professional screen can withstand running for a long period of time, with greater brightness and a longer warranty.

If you are unsure whether DatabeatOMNI supports your screen, get in touch.

Q. What are the network requirements?

a) Your screen can be set up either via cable or WiFi, although we recommend opting for cable as this will provide greater stability.

Since DatabeatOMNI is cloud-based, you can log in from anywhere — provided you have internet access.
