Service Agreement

For companies that require high-level uptime and where digital signage is business critical, we recommend entering a service agreement with Databeat. With a service agreement from Databeat, you ensure that all the digital signage equipment in use is functioning at an optimal level.

With our service agreement you are provided with the following:

  • An onsite check of equipment and software.
  • Equipment health check once per quarter.
  • Includes access up to three onsite visits from one of our DatabeatOMNI specialists per month.
  • «Next business day» support. Fra 08:00-16:00
  • The customer receives a documented report of the health check/ onsite support and feedback on any deviations.
